eBay: Find Your Perfect
Reintroduced and reframed eBay Fashion as a premium destination for both luxury resale and budget finds, reversing a multi- year double digit decline in GMV and retained customers by celebrating the diversity of eBay fashion shoppers and the finds they love. The campaign highlighted creative, diverse women who were also eBay shoppers in their everyday lives, showing that you can find your unique style on eBay at any price point.
The campaign was activated across OTT, digital fashion media partnerships & takeovers, print ads, OOH, social, influencer campaigns, OTT, digital advertising, paid ads, email and in product notifications.
Post campaign, we saw a 6% (9 digit) GMV growth, increased traffic to site by 3% and new buyer acquisition by 2%. We successfully shifted perception of eBay Fashion from a 2nd tier destination to a top of mind premium resale shopping destination. Winning a Silver Effie was the icing on the cake.
